Returns Policy:

All items are carefully checked for possible defects before shipping.  In the event of dissatisfaction with an item, it may be returned within two weeks (as long as it has not been used) and the customer will be entitled to an exchange or refund.  Monogrammed items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Deliveries to UK:

All our orders are shipped gift-wrapped

Shipping via Parcel force is charged at our company’s negotiated rate, which includes insurance and freight and the cost for all orders is £7.50.
Orders without monogramming will be dispatched within 24 hours via Parcel force overnight service, items requiring monogramming,| will be dispatched within 5 to 7 working days.  You will be required to sign for the parcel.

Deliveries to the EEC Countries:

Shipping via Fedex is charged at our company’s negotiated rate, which includes insurance and freight , the minimum charge is  £10.00 and linked to the   weight. 
You will receive a notification  for your order showing the shipping costs  prior to your card being charged.  Please allow 1 to 2 days shipping time, except for monogrammed items which will be sent  within 5 to 7 working days. You will be required to sign for the parcel.

Deliveries to Non-EEC Countries:

The 15% UK tax, if applicable, ( there is no VAT on children’s clothing) will be deducted from the cost of your order.  Shipping via Fedex is charged at our company’s negotiated rate, which includes  insurance and freight.  The minimum cost is £10.00 and linked to the weight.  You will receive a notification  for your order showing the shipping costs, prior to your card being charged.  Please allow 1 to 2 days shipping time, except for monogrammed items which will be sent  within 5 to 7 working days. You will be required to sign for the parcel. You may also be charged local taxes.
